Mr. Maharjan, the Director of Kirtipur Hillside, once told me, there wasn't a restaurant for the visitors or the Tourists in kirtipur Valley before 2003. There was not even a good Managements for the Tourists. So, he later wanted to open a Small Restaurant so that it could benifit the Visitors and The Tourists by giving them Good Hospality. Surprisingly, after few months, he began to design the Complete Hotel with only One Star at first. Then, later after Guests started to feel "a home away from home", he then took it to the Next Level, so called Family Atmosphere.
